Educating everyone on what to do with their food and how to do it, as well as instilling the power and confidence that comes from knowing you can make it happen is the first step to combating the negative food trends that we are currently facing as a society. Things such as an increase in food related illnesses, decrease in home cooking, disconnection from the source of food, and tremendous increases in the volume of wasted food.

It is my plan to provide people with the knowledge, skill and additional motivation needed to regain control over their food, and by doing so improve statistics relating to food and health as well as improve the quality of life for future generations.
